Our fourth house on Cathedral Road to be significantly modernised is a large semi detached property. Our clients, relocating from London, wanted the benefits of living in the heart of the city in close proximity to the parks, schools, shops and restaurants of Pontcanna/Llandaff. The brief was to create a light and airy home, building on the heritage of the house with a contemporary extension to help open up the rear.
