This house on the edge of the greenbelt is currently going through consultation and planning. It is designed to be highly a sustainable timber frame, Passiv Haus with photovoltaics, sedum roof and rainwater harvesting and is dug into the hillside to reduce its bulk.

The house has 3 axis, one to reflect the hill slope, one to address the road, and the floating bedroom wing to address the views
