The client approached us to design a contemporary house in this historic town. This family home, was to replace the existing property on the tight urban site. It is an inward focused house, for climatic reasons, with a landscaped courtyard. It needed to be secure externally whilst maintaining the fantastic views over the ancient city from the upper floors.
