Incopro wanted an interesting building to relocate their offices but were struggling to find anything in central Cardiff other than standard speculative offices. We had the idea of converting an existing redundant restaurant into a unique office space, re-using some of the previous tenant's fitout and combining it with the listed cast iron columns to create a contemporary feel. The offices are currently on site and will be complete for the summer.
