This 1850s manor house in a wooded estate in the Welsh valleys overlooking Cwmbach. The house, originally built by a mine owner has been abandoned for 15 years and was in a poor state.

 

The clients were keen to reinvent the derelict building into a family is being refurbished to current standards. We are carrying out a deep retrofit, fully insulating the interior whilst retaining the breathable construction.  The project, currently on site will be complete during 2021.
