Sustainable residential masterplan with wetlands reserve, whilst at Holder Mathias. Welsh Water commissioned us to provide a masterplan for new executive housing in this popular part of Cardiff which would help fund an ambitious plan to turn a former reservoir into a new lake and educational nature reserve with support from the Wetlands and Wildfowl Trust.
