The Dragon

The vision is to create a student accommodation block which fitted into the local street scene. The design has undergone a number of iterations from small student apartment block to student houses and the images reflect this variety of approaches.

As well as fitting in the the street on one side, the client was keen to create a landmark building facing the rail track on the other as it could be seen across the valley

Two schemes were submitted for planning with one receiving permission and the other going through the appeal process.
