Design for apartment block in Northwood, London. We were asked by the client to investigate density on the awkward shaped site and to meet the London Design Brief.  We tested planning as part of a Pre-App successfully so the client could sell the site on as an investment.  The scheme ingeniously works around an internal courtyard to provide privacy to the flats and the communal external space required . We were pleased to achieve 15 apartments for the client including parking in a semi basement to maximise the site value
