Our client decided they wanted to demolish the existing cottage which had been extended unsympathetically several times and create a near zero carbon contemporary house.  The new highly insulated timber frame house will be clad in bricks and feature triple glazing, MVHR and Pholotvoltaics on the roof. Currently in for planning, the design was highly praised by the Design Commission for Wales
