Development of over 500 sustainable apartments and houses whilst at Holder Mathias. This high profile development in the World Heritage City of Bath has been built over a number of phases using the FCB masterplan. Carolyn was the partner responsible for the client relationship, the design of several of these phases and for delivery on site. The apartments are all designed to Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and low energy, with green roofs, central CHP plant and with high levels of insulation. The units are a mix of affordable for Cura Housing Association, private sale and rented.

This development was the winner of both the Completed Schemes category in the Housing Design Awards 2014 and the CHPA Integrated Energy Award in 2014.
