PROJECT ARCHITECT
Downs Merrifield Architects, a leading high-end residential architectural practice in Cardiff, is looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our team. Primarily working in the residential sector on new build houses or extensive remodeling, the practice also undertakes work in other areas including small apartment or office buildings and some projects in the leisure sector.
We aim to provide a high quality service to our clients using the latest tools and technologies including 3D design and visualisation using Enscape and Virtual Reality (training provided).
The candidate will have 3 or more years experience post Part 3 and should either already be designing and leading projects or looking to move up to this position. They should have the following experience / knowledge:
