This fantastic elevated south facing site has wide ranging views from Llanstrisant over Miskin and Pontyclun and beyond to the Vale of Glamorgan. Replacing a small 1960s bungalow, our contemporary design aims to make the most of the extensive views, and to work with the steeply sloping plot, while providing a very economical and environmentally sensitive 2 bedroom house.

The house was constructed using an offsite manufactured timberframe and clad in stone and render. It was completed in October 2020.
