Downs Merrifield architects won the inaugural 2019 Cardiff Property Award for best Transformation project for their Incopro offices on Friday 8th November at the Exchange in Cardiff. This category was to showcase a renovation, restoration or transformation projects in Cardiff which demonstrated innovation and sustainability
The judges said it was a “Clever transformation from a vacant restaurant into an open plan office, carefully preserving parts of the listed building. It’s great to see this historic building restored and given a new purpose.”
